The ELCA and RCA contracted 1530design to develop a fun, hip site for people exploring issues of
faith and spirituality. The result is a community Flash application that behaves almost as an operating
system. Content sections are experienced in various windows that can be dragged and dropped
across the screen. The site design comes alive with constant random motion. Users actually supply most
of the content, as they submit their contributions directly through the user interface. ToLive.org is
driven by a PHP/mySQL backend, with Flash and PHP Flash Turbine presenting the frontend.
