Hip-O Records, a premiere music label on the UMG roster, commissioned 1530design to redesign its
official website, giving it a modern presence that reflects its current focus and direction.
The result was a hip, fun to use site showcasing the breadth and depth of the Hip-O catalog. 1530 also created a
Flash jukebox/radio that streams Hip-O music to the site's users.
Hip-o.com features dynamically-generated Flash content throughout the site, driven by an ASP/SQL Server backend. XML is used for data transfer. An administration tool lets the client maintain the site content in real-time, including the Flash radio. |
